My last post was WordPress for the the Designer…and I know it was very simple. So I decided to make it into a more in depth SERIES.
And again let me reiterate that I am a “DESIGNER” not a “DEVELOPER“.
This Series is just the workflow that works for me…as a WP designer…only…
I know there are many of us out there…so I figured maybe some of what I have taught myself, that seems to work for me…could help you…and this is the goal of these post series!
I hope you like them and they help you…and I also hope that you chime in and offer other solutions…that would sooooo ROCK!!!!!!!
Because…I am a focus group of one, right now 🙂
I plan to explain a bit more about how I use my GO TO tools:
- WordPress…I typically search through Themeforest first (and I have my favorite developers there)
- Filezilla…my FTP and yes I have tried them all.
- Firebug…OMG…how can anybody live without this?????
- TextWrangler…it’s FREE and flippin’ GREAT as a text editor
- FF WebDeveloper/Plugin…again…how can anybody live without this????
- Rainbow…FF plugin…on the fly hex# color grabs…just right-click.
- Grab…the best screencap I have found. ( Pixlr Grabber 2.1.1 )
I hope this helps others out there and also hope it will let others let me know if you have TRICKS I don’t know 🙂
